Sabofa is proud to present you with its new innovation regarding vertical slicing of pork, beef and poultry. Both raw and cooked products can be processed on the new VS 250-1 vertical slicing system It also contains an automatic In-Tray system, That system automatically puts the sliced product in a tray. The VS 250-1 can be with or without this In-Tray system and the In-Tray system can always be added to a VS 250-1.
